Hey guys! Right now, I’m about to teach you guys how to make and fill cupcakes three different ways, and how to make them the perfect shape. Something that’s really awesome about this recipe is that you can fill them with pretty much anything! If your mom loves ganache, fill it with that! If your little brother loves Cap’n Crunch and your big sister loves sprinkles, fill them with that! It’s a really forgiving recipe, and there is a large variety of any flavors or filling. For example, if you want vanilla cupcakes instead of almond, just add vanilla extract instead of almond.
What you need:
- 16 inch disposable Wilton piping bags
- Bismarck tip
- Batter tip
- Cupcake corer (This corer is a newer version of the one I used in the video, but it works the same way.)
- Cupcake wrappers
- Cupcake pan (regular) (or cupcake pan with stoppers)
One tip – if you only want to make a couple cupcakes, you can just freeze the rest until you’re ready to use them!
